Shipping Policy

We ship to any destination within continental Europe. Unfortunately we do not yet offer deliveries to the islands .

Orders will be shipped to the address you provide at the time of purchase, so it is essential that you carefully review this information. Please note that, once registered, you can manage your delivery addresses from the “addresses” section under “account details”. There you can add as many addresses as you need (for example, your place of work, your summer residence, or your relatives' home) and choose the most appropriate one when completing your order.

We use International Standard Mail for shipments in Europe. Once the order is shipped you will receive the shipping code by email to track your package.

Estimated delivery time for orders in Europe outside Spain and Portugal is 4 to 10 working days and has a cost of 24,99€.

• Order processing: Shipments always leave our facilities at 10:00 am.

• Estimated delivery time: If due to force majeure we are unable to deliver your order within the agreed delivery time, the courier company will contact you to set a new date.
