How can I skip or reschedule a delivery?
You can reschedule a shipment to arrive on a specific date from your subscription dashboard by clicking "Reschedule" . You can also skip a delivery by clicking "Skip Payment" . This way, that delivery and payment will not be made.
Can I add more products to my subscription?
Yes, of course! In the subscriptions control panel you can add more products by clicking on the edit link in the articles section. You will only be able to add articles that have the subscription purchase option available.
What happens if payment for a delivery fails?
If payment for a delivery fails, the system will retry payment once more. You will also receive an email with a link to make payment immediately.
